Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct engaging and structured Japanese language classes (JLPT N5 and N4 level).
∎ Teach students in Bangla and English, depending on their language preference.
∎ Prepare lesson plans and deliver classes according to curriculum.
∎ Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
∎ Provide academic support and guidance to learners as needed.
∎ Maintain class discipline and create a positive learning environment.
∎ Assist in developing teaching materials and language activities.
∎ Help students prepare for JLPT and other certification exams.
∎ Collaborate with academic teams to improve course quality
