Job Context

Kokorozashi & Kazuko Bhuiyan Japanese Cultural Center is a renowned institution in Bangladesh, offering Japanese language and cultural training. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Japanese Language Teachers (JLPT N4, N3 or higher) who are passionate about teaching and committed to helping students succeed. The selected candidates will deliver well-structured lessons that focus on Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, and provide students with practical knowledge of Japanese culture, workplace etiquette, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language classes following a structured curriculum

• Prepare students for JLPT N5, N4, JFT A2, and Skills Test

• Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and teaching aids

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and reports

• Organize practice sessions, mock exams, and interactive language activities

• Introduce students to Japanese culture, workplace manners, and social norms

• Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure effective learning outcomes

• Collaborate with academic coordinators and management for curriculum improvement

• Assist with interview preparation and Japanese CV creation/correction

• Conduct motivation sessions and provide guidance
