Brilliancy Research Limited is a premier research and consultancy firm. We are looking for an experienced Japanese Language Instructor who not only masters the language but also understands the Japanese academic landscape to guide our students toward successful careers and education in Japan.

Job Responsibilities

• Language Training: Conduct interactive classes for JLPT/NAT-TEST (Levels N5 to N2).

• Admission Guidance: Assist students in understanding the Japanese Higher Education System (Universities, Senmon Gakko, and KOSEN).

• Exam Preparation: Guide students through the EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission) structure and requirements.

• Documentation Support: Provide insights on Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing and interview preparation for Japanese university admissions.

• Curriculum Development: Design lesson plans that integrate language learning with Japanese academic culture and etiquette.

• Student Counseling: Advise on scholarship opportunities (MEXT, JASSO) and the "12-year education" eligibility rules.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (Japanese Studies or International Relations preferred).

• JLPT N2 or N3 certification is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of teaching experience.

• Proven experience in advising students on Japanese University Admission or working with Japanese language schools/agencies.

Additional Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the COE (Certificate of Eligibility) process and visa documentation.

• Familiarity with the April and October intake cycles.

• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills in both Bengali and Japanese.
