Are you a visual storyteller with an eye for detail? Brilliancy Research Limited is looking for a creative Video Editor / Visualizer to join our media team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our educational programs, research projects, and digital marketing campaigns.
Video Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for YouTube, Facebook, and internal training platforms.
In-House Studio Lead: Take full ownership of our studio space, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and organized gear storage.
Cinematic Shooting: Plan and execute professional video shoots for Japanese and IELTS instructors.
Lighting & Sound: Master 3-point lighting setups and ensure high-fidelity audio capture (lavalier and shotgun mics).
Directing: Guide presenters on-camera to ensure natural delivery and professional posture.
Advanced Editing: Perform high-level cutting, pacing, and storytelling using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Motion Graphics : Act as a Visualizer by creating 2D/3D animations, call-outs, and infographics to explain complex data or language rules.
Color Grading: Apply cinematic color correction and grading to maintain a premium brand aesthetic across all platforms.
Asset Creation: Design custom thumbnails, lower thirds, and intro/outro sequences.
Equipment: Expert knowledge of Sony/Canon/Blackmagic mirrorless systems, gimbals (Ronin/Zhiyun), and studio lighting grids.
Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Visualizing: Ability to storyboard a concept before the shoot begins.
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or Multimedia (Relaxed for exceptional portfolios).
3+ years of professional experience covering both shooting (Cinematography) and post-production (Editing/Visualizing).
Proven experience in a studio environment.
Portfolio/Showreel: Applications without a link to previous video work (specifically showing both shooting and editing) will not be considered.
A strong sense of visual aesthetics and "cinematic" composition.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines for educational content releases.
