Additional Requirements:
Qualification:
- Minimum N4 pass in JLPT or Q4 pass in NAT (additionally JFT passed will be prioritized).
- Good communication skill, experience in teaching and friendly nature will be prioritized.
- Basic computer handling and skills.
Leave Policy:
- Emergency medical leaves, casual leaves according to company policy.
Responsibilities & Context:
As Japanese language Instructor the first and foremost responsibility of you will be to teach Japanese Language to the students.
Objectives:
Teaching Japanese language up to N4 level.
Directly maintaining communication of student and taking care of his/her on how they are performing and accommodating.
Always inspiring to make career in Japan. Inform updated news and information about the job scopes and facilities in Japan.
Keeping record of the students’ progress and informing to the office helping selecting language school in Japan according to the merit.
Arranging mock-test for inside and outside NAT/JLPT candidates.
Taking extra care before NAT/JLPT and student counseling in any matter.
Taking special class before school interview and Embassy interview.
Teaching the Japanese culture, manner and way of polite living.
Office schedule:
Saturday to Thursday; 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
There will be maximum 2 classes per day and 3 hours per class. Break time will be 1-2 pm.
