Job Context
Gulshan Club Limited is looking for a responsible, vigilant, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Janitorial Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all janitorial staff and activities, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club premises. This role requires leadership skills, organizational ability, and hands-on experience in janitorial operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the janitorial team.
Inspect club premises regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of janitorial staff.
Ensure proper use of cleaning tools and equipment.
Prepare cleaning schedules and duty rosters.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on janitorial activities and staff performance.
Report any damage or maintenance issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and address any issues related to cleanliness, staff discipline, or operational gaps.
Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
Ensure health, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
