Additional Requirements:
Candidate must have sufficient language skill (B2 or C1 or C2) in Italian language.
Must be customer oriented.
Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities & Context:
To maintain effective communication with Italian Officials.
To ensure day-to-day office activities.
Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.
Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
To Ensure customer satisfaction.
Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience in the office.
