• Candidate must have sufficient language skill (B2 or C1 or C2) in Italian language.

• Must be customer oriented.

• Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.

• To maintain effective communication with Italian Officials.

• To ensure day-to-day office activities.

• Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.

• To ensure customer satisfaction.

• To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.

• To ensure team building. Staff supervision & guidance.

• Coordinate with different department like HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Quality, Branding etc.

• Manage daily operations of the center. Lead new process rollouts at Visa Application Centers.

• Collaborate with Value-Added Services team to create new revenue channels.

• Ensure adherence to corporate security policies.

• Manage unit efficiency, productivity, and alignment with team goals.

• Ensure compliance with processes and Service Level Agreements.
