2 years experience in troubleshooting of IPTV/SAT TV systems and cable installation.
Have to have knowledge of IPTV/SAT TV cable set up.
For foreman position 5 years experience is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Troubleshoots and corrects any issues involving displays, HDMI equipment, and digital media players.
Installs, replaces, and configures TVs and TV settings.
Works with and reports to ITV Manager and Technical Operations staff to resolve any issues.
Install satellite dishes by mounting and positioning the dish, running cables, and ensuring a solid connection to the customers` devices.
Speak to customers on the phone and troubleshoot any issues.
Respond to calls for repairs and perform them in a timely manner.
Maintain safety at job sites.
Other duties as assigned.
