Job Context:
∎ Supernova Techno Ltd. (www.supernovatechbd.com) is looking for some enthusiastic Intern (Paid/unpaid) to join marketing & Accounts Department for Six (6) month. Supernova Techno Limited` which is a leading information technology consulting, services, and business process outsourcing organization.
∎ Intern (Accounts & Marketing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing
∎ Collect quantitative and qualitative data from digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
∎ Support the business & marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
∎ Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
∎ Prepare promotional presentations & guide the design team for creative designs.
∎ Managing & posting on social media fan pages to increase customer engagement & query management.
∎ Do assigned tasks by the reporting manager.
∎ Accounts
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account a Balance Sheet etc.
∎ Provide different types reports to the management regarding as required.
∎ Maintain Operational/ Financial activities of accounts department.
∎ Dealing with Bank and other financial institute.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
∎ Capable of maintaining Customer & Supplier payment and adjustment.
∎ To prepare Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly/ yearly).
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
∎ Responsible to prepare vouchers and maintain supporting documents properly.
∎ Responsible to check all sorts of bills of suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have good oral communication skills
∎ Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (i. e. MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Responsible, Reliable, Highly energetic, Polite and hardworking.
∎ Office time 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ( Paid/Unpaid Intern)
Salary:
∎ 3000-5000 (Applicable for paid Intern)
