Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 45 years
- You need to understand Customer requirements to be able to close the call. (NO HARD SELLING/CLOSING)
- Strong sales ability and confidence in phone conversation
- Excellent English communication skill (speaking & listening)
- Target-driven, disciplined & punctual
- Able to handle rejections and maintain professionalism
- Willing to work in the morning from 8AM to 2:30PM
Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers.
- Keep accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Representative must be coachable and able to work 5 days a week, 8AM to 2:30 Monday - Friday ( up to 1:15PM )
