Immigration Education Consultancy Service, Student Consultancy, Student Counselling, Visa Consultancy, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advising & counselling students on their higher education options in Australia
∎ Assisting the students with the application process
∎ Responsibilities of achieving the students file open in target basis
∎ Process documents related to student visa
∎ Maintain communication with the respective counselors
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa application
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order
∎ Maintain records of the student's documentation
∎ Train the applicants for visa interview
∎ Update daily processing work activities
∎ Assist team members in getting the processing job done
∎ Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step by step
∎ Other duties as assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
∎ Process Driven
∎ Excellent organizational skill is imperative
∎ Career and business minded
∎ Have a "Can Do" attitude
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
