∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Ensure a positive and welcoming work environment.
∎ Make lead calls to potential students.Perform a minimum of 60 to 70 calls daily.
∎ Ensure to work on a minimum of 30 leads and 15 files on a daily basis.
∎ Identify credible leads and filter them based on quality criteria.
∎ Categorize leads into various stages such as cold, appointment booked, future interest, etc.
∎ Update all the leads status instantly on CRM.Review and provide a status description for every leads & files (In Process to Payment Expected) in CRM.
∎ Provide updates on applications, offer letters, payments, etc., and ensure proper alignment on CRM.Ensure to meet the 72 hr timeline for file processing.
∎ Ensure timely submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.Provide comprehensive counseling to students, understanding their needs and preferences.
∎ Develop relationships with credible students and maintain ongoing communication.Assist students in identifying suitable courses and universities based on their budget, location preference, and other factors.
∎ Present multiple options (at least 2) to students for consideration.Collect required documents from students (Passport, CV, Academic documents, English test certificate, Reference letters, SOP).
∎ Guide students through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
∎ Assist students in obtaining offer letters and unconditional offer letters.
∎ Prioritize offer letter chase after 72hrs of application; communicate priorities to higher management.
∎ Prepare students for CAS interviews in collaboration with the compliance department.
∎ Assist in obtaining CAS and submit CAS requests if necessary.
∎ Collaborate with the visa application team to facilitate the visa application process.
∎ Collect feedback from students and encourage positive word-of-mouth referrals.
∎ Maintain continuous communication with students from enrollment to course completion.
∎ Ensure to inform managers before leaving the office at the end of the day.
∎ Prevent misuse of break time; obtain approval for breaks and lunch outside the office.
∎ Participate in education fairs to represent the organization.
∎ Ensure all students and guests feel welcome and valued during the events.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by management to support the organization's objectives.

∎ Extensive Experience in USA, Canada and Australia student Visa processing is required

∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Education Counsellor is responsible for managing leads, guiding students through the application process, and ensuring successful enrollment. This role involves making lead calls, providing counselling to potential students, identifying their needs, recommending suitable courses and universities, assisting with applications, facilitating the visa process, and maintaining communication with students until course completion. The Education Counsellor also participates in education fairs and undertakes additional tasks as assigned by management.
