We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support the Sales Training Department. The selected candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training activities for the field sales team. This role provides hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical sales training processes, skill development initiatives, and performance improvement programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and evaluation tools.
• Support coordination of training sessions, participant communication, and logistics.
• Help maintain training records, attendance, and feedback documentation.
• Participate in training needs assessments and assist in preparing related reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of training programs.
• Contribute ideas for improving the effectiveness of training content and delivery.
