Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct various industry research projects, such as market research.
∎ Assist in the preparation of client invoices.
∎ Support the customer success team in the day-to-day management of client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
∎ Provide administrative support such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting minutes and other relevant documents.
∎ Participate in team meetings and training sessions as and when required to enhance professional development.
∎ Start Date: Immediate

∎ In preparation for Quantigo AI’s new phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Success Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales and Customer Success team, gaining exposure to various aspects of the sales process and customer support strategies.
