In preparation for Quantigo AI’s new phase of growth, we are looking to hire an Intern, Service Operations (BPO) to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing the annotator’s work and ensuring quality and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. They need to understand the project guidelines and the requirements clearly.

  • Analyze and review Annotators’ work output against guidelines/standards and provide feedback.

  • Identify Annotators` strengths and Weaknesses. Provide feedback to the Delivery lead on identified areas that individual members of the team need to improve on for coaching.

  • Identify guideline ambiguities and edge cases for each project and communicate them with the Delivery Lead and Project Management team accordingly.

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure that best quality assurance and annotation standards are revised and updated where needed.

  • Keep an up-to-date record of individual Annotators’ quality performance for use in performance reviews.

  • Participate in team briefings to understand the project guidelines and requirements.

  • Prepare the Quality Assurance process as per the project requirements.

  • Perform ad-hoc daily tasks when necessary. Tasks include annotations, training, onboarding new annotators, etc.

Working days & hours (6 days a week):

# Sunday : 09:30 am - 06:30 pm [Work from home]
