Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Development Studies, Sociology, Social Science, Social Work, Social Welfare, Economics, English, Anthropology, or any other relevant discipline from any recognized & UGC approved university/Institution. Candidates, who are currently enrolling in the last semester of any Master's program, searching for Internship as per Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree, are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ The position Intern is an entry level position for providing support and assistance to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights program. She/he will be responsible for providing support & assistance to SRHR program activities for achieving program`s objectives and expected outcomes and to learn SRHR programs functions as well. She/he will raised voice on need of CSEand AYFS for young people ,capacity building on SRHR, CSE, AYFS, MYP ground and actively participate in all RHRN activities / program as youth advocate
∎ Interns will be worked initially for Six (6) months under the direct supervision of RHRN Project Focal Person
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to RHRN platform to implement activities as per plan.
∎ Support provide to manage & maintaining admin, logistic, procurement and HR issues.
∎ Facilitate approval process of projects documents
∎ Progress monitoring of project activities (process and performance of activities).
∎ Support to organize and conduction of meeting, seminar, trainingand workshop.
∎ Support to Program development, opportunity analysis, PP development and other thematic and creative work as per required.
∎ Qualitative and quantitative report writing.
∎ Documentation and recording.
∎ Participate in strategic planning for SRHR program implementation.
∎ Tracking progress of project activities regularly.
∎ Need based field visit, monitor the program activity (process and performance of activities) and sharing the report.
∎ Support to implementation team to select most vulnerable households in selected areas for livelihood support.
∎ Support to staff development and capacity building.
∎ Coordination and communication with project stakeholders, GOs, NGOs, Private Sectors, CBOs, Service Providers.
∎ Facilitate meeting, seminar and workshop with project stakeholders, GOs and internal project staffs.
∎ Assist for issue of advocacy and networking with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate interim/narrative reporting and case studies preparation
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor in relation to program activities.
∎ Being a member of RHRN platform Member and as SRHR friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each and every staff member to understand and obey SRHR Policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Representatives from all gender groups are encouraged to apply.
∎ No Essential Experience is required.
∎ Proven expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Adobe Packages, etc.
∎ Spoken and written English language skills arerequire.
∎ Willing to travel and work in the RHSTEP working area and remote areas of Bangladesh
∎ Willing to adapt to RHSTEP's norms and values
∎ Supportive, effective and good team player
∎ Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Conflict Management & Negotiation skills.
∎ Report writing skills
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Flexible and patient.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
∎ No other benefits will be provided.
