Responsibilities & Context:

• Support the digital marketing team in managing and posting content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Learn how to plan and maintain a structured content and posting calendar for campaigns and promotions
• Engage with audiences by monitoring likes, comments, and messages during assigned shifts
• Track basic engagement results and assist in preparing simple performance updates
• Help write easy, engaging captions and short promotional content for posts, ads, events, and campaigns
• Work closely with designers and video editors to create eye-catching social media creatives
• Turn existing photos, videos, and content into reels, shorts, and social media posts
• Ensure all content follows Shera International Group’s professional and corporate brand voice
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities
• Support online promotion of webinars, events, bootcamps, and business programs
• Take part in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions
• Support team coordination, follow-ups, and basic campaign documentation
• Learn the latest social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing practices
• Observe competitors’ activities and share simple insights with the team
• Grow professionally through hands-on experience, mentoring, regular feedback, and performance reviews
