Internship Duration: 3 months (Note that based on the performance, there is the possibility of getting a full-time permanent job offer after completion of the internship.
Job Responsibilities:
For Intern 01:
Make data entry of all new fixed assets, asset addition, assets retirement and disposal in oracle system along with preserve related documents by correctly, accurately and timely.
Check the operational expenses to find out the new asset's addition, add to assets and give adjustment in GL module from OPEX to CWIP/Assets Clearing account accordingly.
To make printing of all tag number on new fixed assets addition from the system and send to respective responsible personnel as per committee for affixing tag with the assets.
Regular monitoring of all new project (CWIP assets) starting date to end date along with related cost.
Monthly factory visits at least once for a factory connection with physically verification on various project works, new assets identification, retired items identification and proper tagging of all asset items.
Prepare Fixed assets and CWIP assets schedule monthly and cumulatively after checking and making reconciliation of fixed assets register with monthly trial balance.
Provide various type of fixed asset report to finance and statutory body such as Insurance and Bank and income Tax assessments.
Record keeping and achieving of all fixed asset document, journal voucher and other valuable documents sequentially.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
For Intern 02:
Prepare standard and prepayment invoice under AP module by the bank advice for LC charges, loan receive and payment, Interest on BP/UPAS/EDF with GRN matching where applicable, Bank interest & other than LC charges
Prepare misc. receipts voucher under AR module for loan receipt and payment against export bill, excess refund LC charge/interest/good borrower etc.
Input data entry in oracle system by correctly, accurately and timely.
Prepare journal and related adjusting entries for provisioning interest and others activities.
On the basis of bank statement, matching and reconcile all unclear transaction.
Prepare bank reconciliation of foreign and local currency account
Keeping and maintaining all documents into system by softcopy and archiving hardcopy into the prescribed place.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Monthly 5,000 BDT internship allowance.
