Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferably a Bachelor's degree in the area of Graphic designing.
Job Context:
∎ Education Background: Graphic Designing
∎ Duration: 4 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will work under the general and overall supervision and guidance of the Head of Unit of Portfolio Management and Communications, GIZ Bangladesh. In order to fulfil his/her tasks s/he will work in close coordination with Senior Advisor (Communications and Knowledge Management).
∎ In this context, the position holder fulfils the following tasks:
∎ Tasks:
∎ The position holder is responsible to:
∎ Design year-end materials such as notebook, desk calendar, monitor, etc.
∎ Design a four-page GIZ Bangladesh Result Card using the world-wide survey results of GIZ and published in 2018
∎ Support developing communications materials such as banners, leaflets, posters, roll-outs, X-banner etc.
∎ Support designing factsheets and country brochure
∎ Support PMC Unit with developing presentations
∎ Further development of the existing PR materials and products
∎ Come up with ideas of creative communications materials that grab the attention of and convey the message to the audience
∎ Other duties/additional tasks:
∎ Support the team in any additional task that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

∎ Other knowledge, additional competences:
∎ Familiar with gender issues in the country or region
∎ Willing to get familiarized with GIZ's Code of Conduct
∎ Good command of English (written / verbal)
∎ A good team player
∎ Ability to work on own initiative
