Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
∎ B.Sc. in Fashion Design from any reputed institution.
∎ Preferred to have a textile or Footwear industry educational background.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Current student or recent graduate in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or other design software (CAD programs, etc.).
∎ Strong sketching and conceptualization skills.
∎ A keen eye for detail and passion for fashion and footwear design.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
∎ A portfolio showcasing your design work is highly encouraged.
∎ Prior experience in footwear design is a plus, but not required.
∎ Skills and Competencies:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm, develop, and execute new footwear concepts and collections.
∎ Assist in creating technical sketches and CAD drawings for new designs.
∎ Research and identify current footwear trends, materials, and techniques.
∎ Support the team in the selection of materials and color palettes for new designs.
∎ Help prepare presentations and mood boards for product line reviews.
∎ Assist in prototype development and sample review processes.
∎ Maintain an organized and up-to-date design archive.
