∎ Bachelor degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Interior designer/architect to help us manage our daily goals.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Rampura , Banasree)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 2 years experience and good knowledge in Interior design sector.
∎ Attend client meetings and understand client requirements also feedback.
∎ Survey existing sites and draw existing layout, draw detail drawings and working drawings, Electrical & Plumbing Layout as necessary.
∎ Prepare Quotation project Expense sheet and manage purchases.
∎ Must have operate projects from beginning to end.
∎ Solve any technical issues at construction site and design.
∎ Daily reports to the superior
∎ Must have good skill in AutoCAD, 3dmax / Sketch up with V-ray and others graphics software.
∎ Regularly visit construction sites and manage workers and vendors.
∎ Update about interior materials and quality.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the company.
∎ Proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
∎ Must have active and self motivated personalities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Firm, Architectural firm.
∎ Fast Learner

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
