Responsibilities & Context:
- To teach students IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO, including spoken English, according to the set schedule(s).
- To make teaching plans/ lesson plans for IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO program(s).
- To prepare and set placement test(s), class test(s), and examination/ mock paper(s) for IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO.
- To survey students' performance continuously and suggest ways of improvement.
- To provide appropriate and timely feedback to the students.
- To assist in basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
- To serve as an advisor for teachers, parents, administrators, management boards, and government officials.
- To assess, evaluate, and suggest education standards, classroom policies, and grading and testing policies.
- To assess, evaluate, and suggest the effectiveness of current academic systems/ curriculum and implement changes to the curriculum.
- To regularly improve the educational quality of the current academic systems/ curriculum and help implement the new/ revised academic systems/ curriculum.
- To design new training programs and offer teacher training workshops on IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO.
- To recommend and integrate different and latest educational materials on IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO into the current academic systems/ curriculum.
- To implement and guide the usage of new technologies by new teachers/ instructors on IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO.
- To assist and supervise online IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO education.
- To match special-needs students to appropriate learning environments, such as special education programs.
- To meet with management and teachers/ instructors to discuss programs and budgets.
- To assist in creating an annual and 2-year plan per defined finance templates for existing test center(s) and make plans for opening new center(s).
- To assist in implementing a plan to deliver the annual work program based on required performance standards.
- To forecast and plan - gather and analyze market intelligence to develop student numbers.
- To assist in the day-to-day and test-day operations.
- To assist with implementing new test-center opportunities and opening approved test centers as scheduled.
- To coordinate with new test-center(s) and administrator(s) training.
