Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and guide the Diploma Engineering Students of own class.
∎ Properly maintain the subject Syllabus as per BTEB rules.
∎ Counsel to the students and Guardians.
∎ Department wise Organize different Annual Programs like, Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)
∎ Take initiatives against any sort of disciplined activities by the subordinates or students.
∎ Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per Syllabus.
∎ Be confident and capable to take five - six classes every day.
∎ Motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 90-100% class attendance and to reduce drop out.
∎ Assist Department Head as per his/ her needed.
∎ Prepare weekly attendance report and submit to the Course Coordinator.
∎ Prepare lesson plan and semester plan at the beginning of the subject.
∎ Positive willingness for Team work & Hardworking.
