Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) is mandatory·
• Must have A-grade registration from Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC)

• At least 5 years

• Age 32 to 40 years

• Must have more than 5 years working experience in a reputed hospital
• Must have good managerial skills, including the ability to manage inventory & oversee a staff
• The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner
• Must have excellent professional knowledge  Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skill Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues Language skills both in Bangla and English

• Staff management & roster monitoring. Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance.

• Making Purchase indent to fill medicine requirements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including prescription logs, inventory records, and regulatory documentation.

• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to medication dispensing and storage.

• Urgent local purchase of medicine by informing purchasing dept.

• Identify & solve wrong indent

• Regular spot inventory checking

• Making round with Chief of Clinical Development & Governance  to solve various problems on spot

• Playing an important role in the skill development & training for new pharmacy staff & nurses

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues.

• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
