Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct High-Quality IELTS Training:
∎ Deliver engaging online and offline IELTS classes for all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
∎ Develop interactive lesson plans and training materials aligned with British Council, IDP guidelines.
∎ ✅ Student Guidance & Support: Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized learning plans. Conduct mock tests and one-on-one feedback sessions to track student progress. Offer strategies, tips, and time-management techniques to improve IELTS band scores.
∎ ✅ Content Development & Exam Preparation: Create practice exercises, mock tests, and study resources for students. Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and marking criteria. Provide insights into common mistakes and exam-day strategies.
∎ ✅ Performance Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor student attendance, participation, and improvement. Maintain student performance records and provide regular feedback to management. Suggest improvements in course structure based on student feedback.
∎ ✅ Other Responsibilities: Participate in workshops, seminars, and teacher training programs. Assist in student admissions, counseling, and test registration. Collaborate with the marketing team for IELTS promotions and events.
