Our team guide students at every step of the way - From choosing the right university to helping with student application, interview preparation and visa application to post departure support.
∎ Job Location: South Khulshi, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the development of IELTS/PTE, managing the strategy and development roadmap in conjunction with the development team.
∎ Teaching and training IELTS and PTE students including preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and classroom management for a new English Language Training tutorial center.
∎ Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
∎ Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
∎ Prompt and comprehensive attention to student work submitted for marking and supervision.
∎ Recruitment of part-time IELTS and PTE trainers when necessary.
∎ Participate and promote IELTS/PTE services in company seminars, events, and study abroad expos.
∎ Generating monthly revenue reports and achieving quarterly and annual KPI targets.
∎ Pioneering referral bonus policy for student referrals for internal employees and converted leads.
∎ Offering free courses and special discounts to converted leads for study abroad departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years experienced in relevant field is must (IELTS & PTE).
∎ Must-Have IELTS score of 7 or above.
∎ Computer skills including, MS Office.
∎ Fluent in English - written and verbal.
∎ Strong communication skills.
