Job Context:
∎ SIKSAGURU Bangladesh is looking for a talented and enthusiastic professional to
∎ join our team in Dhandmondi Centre in Dhaka for it`s We are looking for Trainer /
∎ Instructor who is willing to prove himself/herself and is creative at the same time
∎ to establish new IELTS Centre at mentioned area with challenging too.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching IELTS &/or English Language Courses to the students.
∎ Making teaching plans for the IELTS &/or English Language Courses Program.
∎ Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
∎ Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
∎ Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
∎ Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS &/or English Language Courses
∎ At least 1 to 2 years of experience in IELTS &/or English Language Courses Teaching is recommended.
∎ Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
∎ Have proven leadership skill since will be great opportunity be a senior management team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English.
∎ Should know the IELTS well and its exams.
∎ Good Presentation and Teaching Skills.
∎ An ability to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all
∎ Age groups and social backgrounds.
∎ Leadership, Teamwork, Creativity, Visioning, Managerial Capacity, Ownership
∎ Mentality, Dealing with Challenging Environment and Conflict Resolution skills
