Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan International Bangladesh in view to support its Vision for 2030 has been familiarizing implementation of a dedicated decentralized HR & OD team to support its staff members, thus organization, to excel in their capacity, motivate and retain talent with right career support.
∎ Towards this Plan is adapting HR Business Partner (HRBP) model in order to bring effectiveness and efficiency in people management and organizational culture. The HR&OD Manager will ensure that the HRBPs are well braced with clear purpose, guidelines and capacity development support to present right solutions to its stakeholders. This position will be responsible for organizational development initiatives to be managed ensuring quality engagement of people and their voice heard. The HR&OD Manager shall be instrumental in planning, developing, implementing and administering learning and development (L&D) programs for its staffs.
∎ The HR&OD Manager has the responsibility to ensure clear and effective internal communications with all staff members on organisational policies and processes. Who is responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance of Plan's Performance Appraisal processes with effective dialogue between employees and line managers with be an important area of focus. Who maintains internal communications which includes country offices and Divisional HR&OD team for scheduled reporting and share the required information to the respective HRBP. The role of HR&OD Manager is also the key person driving Training and Development initiatives across Plan including annual training plans, maintaining training calendar and ensure post training evaluation for measuring the return on investment (ROI). The HR&OD Manager role is also instrumental in ensuring effective succession planning of roles in Plan through active knowledge enhancement / upskilling and sharing practices, Delegation of authority, On the Job Training (OJT) etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' experience in human resource management in reputed organization. Preference will be given to candidate having experience managing humanitarian emergency with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 169,760 to 190,980/- (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
