Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage overall front desk operations of the hospital.
Look after Hospital Reception, Report Delivery, and Doctor Attendant departments.
Ensure smooth patient handling and quality customer service.
Maintain proper communication between patients, doctors, and hospital management.
Handle patient admission, appointments, and inquiries professionally.
Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation
Monitor discipline and daily activities of front desk-related departments.
Provide training and guidance to Reception, Report Delivery, and Doctor Attendant staff when required.
Support hospital administrative activities as assigned by management.
