We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Teacher to teach Grade VI-VIII Mathematics subject. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, inspiring students, and ensuring academic excellence across these subjects. As a senior teacher, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to curriculum development and supporting students` academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and effective lessons.

• Provide differentiated instruction to cater to a wide range of learning abilities, ensuring all students are supported in their academic growth.

• Create and implement lesson plans, assessments, and educational materials in line with curriculum standards.

• Use a variety of teaching methods, including traditional, digital, and interactive tools, to foster student engagement and understanding.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure continued academic growth and success.Offer additional support to students who require extra help, including office hours and one-on-one guidance.

• Support students in preparing for exams, coursework, and assessments.

• Contribute to the development and review of curriculum content ensuring it is challenging, engaging, and up-to-date.

• Design and grade assessments, including quizzes, tests, assignments, and exams, while providing constructive feedback to students.

• Ensure the accurate tracking and recording of student performance, maintaining up-to-date records for reporting purposes.

• Participate in regular departmental meetings, staff development activities, and school-wide initiatives.Stay up-to-date with developments in educational practices, curriculum updates, and new teaching technologies.

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and departments to support interdisciplinary learning and foster a positive, supportive learning environment.Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school leadership regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
