Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of planning and implementing overall Academic activities.
∎ Organizing and engaging students in-class activity, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities.
∎ Monitoring and assessing students’ and teachers’ performance and providing a necessary action plan for further improvisation.
∎ Monitor School Finance
∎ Maintain good relationship with Parents and other significant members of the Community
∎ Maintain frequent communication with Education Board
∎ Must have mentality and drive to fulfill targets for betterment of School.
