• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Certification in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) or relevant training management certification will be considered an added advantage.

▪ Functional Activities:

• Lead and oversee the overall operations of the technical training institute in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

• Develop, enrich and ensure the implementation of academic curriculum and policies aligned with NCTB / BTEB / NTVQF /NSDA or other relevant technical standards and implement the academic calendar.

• Supervise academic discipline, teaching quality, classroom training, mentoring and workshop-based practical sessions.

• Ensure availability of necessary resources for delivering quality programme.

• Ensure proper examination, assessment, certification, and result publication processes.

• Identify industry skill requirements and integrate digital learning and modern training tools accordingly.

• Ensure training programs follow competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) standards.

• Conduct class as necessary and provide supportive guidance.

• Develop an alumni centre to support previous and new alumni with job searches.

• Monitor and support the activities of Alumni and guide them as required.

• Facilitate the visit of Donors, Government, Non-Government Bodies, Media and others.

• Define standard operating procedures (SOPs), escalation matrix and service levels for technical training institute.

• Manage and administer the admission process in a transparent and dynamic way.

• Organize student development activities and career counselling programs.

• Develop and maintain industry relationships to support students’ job opportunities.

• Promote institutional branding and community awareness about training programs

• Prepare and manage the annual institutional budget and financial plans.

• Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources and infrastructure.

• Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.

• Ensure to obtain / renewal of all regulatory and compliance certificates.

• Oversee manpower planning and support the recruitment and selection process for institute personnel.

• Maintain institutional records and prepare periodic reports, data analysis, and statistics.

• Ensure effective administrative management, facility maintenance, and implementation of safety and security systems to maintain a safe and well-organized institutional environment.

▪ Coordination:

• Establish strong collaboration with industries and employers.

• Coordinate with the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), relevant technical education authorities, institutional committees, BSRM Group companies, and other stakeholders as required.
