Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong command over FDA, EU, ASEAN, BIS, and BSTI cosmetic regulations.

  • Expertise in labeling, claims substantiation, and ingredient restrictions.

  • Proficiency in preparing and maintaining technical dossiers and product registration files.

  • Knowledge of formulation development, safety testing protocols, and stability studies.

  • Strong capability in internal audit, compliance reporting, and documentation control.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the company’s regulatory affairs strategy for cosmetics and toiletries, ensuring full compliance with national (BSTI, DGDA) and international (FDA, EU, BIS, ASEAN) standards.

  • Establish and oversee product registration, labeling, claims validation, and ingredient compliance in line with global cosmetics directives.

  • Develop and maintain science-based policies and decision frameworks for formulation approval, safety testing, and product efficacy validation.

  • Partner with R&D to guide formulation development, ingredient assessment, and alignment with safety and sustainability requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, testing labs, and industry associations to anticipate and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.

  • Lead internal compliance audits across product development, factory QA, EHS, and sustainability practices.

  • Oversee product documentation, technical dossiers, and regulatory submissions with 100% accuracy and timely completion.

  • Evaluate emerging scientific data and regulatory updates to advise management on business risks and opportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for regulatory efficiency, cost optimization, and faster market readiness.
