∎ Knowledge on Contract Act, Civil Act, Power of Attorney Act, and Transfer & Registration of Properties related Act and others Good Liaison / Communication Skill with Govt. & Non- Govt. personnel / Officers.

∎ Highly knowledgeable on Plots/ Housing & Development business and present market scenario.
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning execution.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic. Must be target achieved oriented.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets. Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
