• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Marketing, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).

• At least 2 years

• Age 27 to 35 years

• Minimum 2 years or more Experience needed in relative field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Location: Space-711 (Lift-6) Shah Ali Plaza, Mirpur-10

Workplace: Work at office and sometimes Branch Visit

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making and innovation.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize performance and business outcomes.
