• Minimum 5 years of experience, including as an IT trainer and in a leadership or deputy role in an IT training institute.

• Strong knowledge and experience in cybersecurity are preferred.

• Proven ability to market and promote training programs to achieve business growth.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a “can-do” attitude and a winning mentality.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will oversee the institute’s operations, expand its business, and ensure a high-quality training experience. Expertise in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technologies will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the training institute, including program development, instructor supervision, and business operations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enrolment targets and business growth.
