We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Training Institute to lead our IT training division, foster a culture of innovation, and drive the institute’s growth.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Head of IT Training Institute with a strong background in IT training, management, and business development.

The ideal candidate is a graduate in Computer Science or Engineering (CSE) with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including work as a trainer and experience in a leadership or deputy role in an IT training institute.

In this role, you will oversee the institute’s operations, expand its business, and ensure a high-quality training experience. Expertise in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technologies will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the training institute, including program development, instructor supervision, and business operations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enrollment targets and business growth.

• Design and enhance curriculum offerings to align with current industry demands, particularly in cybersecurity.

• Foster a positive and productive learning environment that motivates students and instructors.

• Drive marketing initiatives to promote the institute’s programs and attract prospective students.

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to provide students with valuable networking and career opportunities.
