∎ Bdeducation is looking for a dynamic academic professional for the position of "Head of HR" for an extensively IT-enabled School "United Public School & College Jamalpur (UPSCJ)" which is run by United Trust (http://unitedtrust.org.bd/) -a social welfare wing of United Group. The school is located at Melandah, Jamalpur with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. This is a modern English version school & College following the NCTB curriculum with fully digitalized content.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a supportive work environment and engaged overall personnel consistent with UPSCJ's mission, vision and core values.
∎ Play leadership role in analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting workforce trends for administrative and academic segments and identify and monitor key HR metrics.
∎ Ensure development of administrative and academic departmental systems or protocols that promote HR strategy (Record keeping, health, and well-being).
∎ Operationalize Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Reward and Recognition, Compensation, Learning and Development, Employee Health, Well-being and Safety, Employee and Labor Relations, Leave Management of institutional personnel, Leadership and employees.
∎ Arrange and conduct professional development training for employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have 5 years of experience in the relevant field where minimum of 2 years of experience in any reputed School/College regarding Human Resource Management.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
