Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.Com/ Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in HR including more than 10 years experience in HR & Admin in INGO/NNGO
∎ Skills Required: Administration, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, knowledge of ERP Management System, KPI management, Labor Management

During this long span, ESDO has adapted with the changing situation and provided the most time-bound services especially for the poor and disadvantaged. A community focused and people centered approach has been adapted by ESDO while consideration was given to the national policy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as its guiding principle. ESDO is one of the most dynamic organizations expanding its development interventions across 331 upazilas under 51 districts of Bangladesh covering over 10 million poor and vulnerable people.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. An HR Lead must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic and start-up mindset. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives..
∎ ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and enforce changes to HR and organizational policies through regular monitoring and implementation of industry trends.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
∎ To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities.
∎ Provide guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, employee relations, succession plans, compensation, departmental organization.
∎ Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment Law, best practice, and workforce development.
∎ To implement KPI based performance management system.
∎ Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention.
∎ Lead resource planning, recruitment, development and retention of key talents within the function to deliver business strategy and results in line with Organization's growth culture.
∎ Collaborate with the business to create a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
∎ Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
∎ Liaise with other functional/ departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspect and need of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
∎ Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Business Communication, Employee Engagements, English Communication, Good at Bangla and English typing, Learning and Development, Management and Leadership, Microsoft Office Applications, Organizational Development, Performance Management System
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in INGO/NNGO or in any renowned multinational company.
∎ Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams.
∎ Should have very good command over English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
