Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Appraise about overall financial position of the company and report to the top management
∎ Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
∎ Supervising inventories, receivable, payable and General Accounting function etc.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual product
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Establish due internal control procedure so as to minimize organizational risks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ CA CC completed candidate will get preference
∎ Strong command on XL and other MS office programs
∎ Preferred relevant experience with FMCG industry
∎ Be skillful at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities and tasks
Salary: Negotiable
