Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost, and profit analysis, assessing the risk of investments, etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
∎ Ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
∎ Plan and optimize shareholders' satisfaction level and develop the best financial practices in the Organization.
∎ Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Board members with finance-related information as and when required.
