Job Context:
∎ In a bid to become everyday more relevant to millions of customers, Daraz launched dMart as its ultimate online supermarket value proposition that offers a vast assortment of quality products, for customers to exhaustively conduct their grocery shopping in a convenient and seamless manner.
∎ The dMart team has a unique opening for a smart and ambitious individual to join as a Head of dMart, in charge of driving and implementing the dMart value proposition across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own and effectively manage the Bangladesh dMart channel by building by coordinating and building with the help of regional team
∎ Participate in setiing-up, with BI, the dashboards to track and drive performance achievement vs. targets across different KPIs to meet our key objectives;
∎ Work with local Channel Owners to build an optimal user experience from the channel’s entry until check-out;
∎ Strategize and implement on a CRM and commercial plan that fosters user engagement and retention, sharing regional best practices and adapting those locally;
∎ Act as local Marketing team’s thought partner in its mission to build the dMart brand and to drive new user acquisition for the Daraz ecosystem;
∎ Support local Commercial teams in maintaining the right stock levels in every city, anticipating on demand and optimizing inventory ageing by building and continuously innovating on a city-level in stock management model;
∎ Work with local Logistics teams to ensure we continuously meet our delivery promise, and assist in troubleshooting root causes when this is not the case

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior experience or exposure to offline or online FMCG industry;
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom
∎ Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving remote teams towards achieving required objectives.
