∎ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM
∎ Probation Period: 3 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the Business Development Department which is responsible for global business & revenue growth as well as domestic.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and potential clients globally and in the country through thorough market research and analysis of industry trends.
∎ Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing employees in the US office, and office establishment.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
∎ Encourage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and modifying solutions to meet their requirements.
∎ Encourage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∎ Prepare proposals and pitches to present to clients, and showcase the unique value proposition of our products/services.
∎ Negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, etc. with clients/customers and partners, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and driving successful collaborations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and report on business performance metrics and key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
∎ Actively participate in domestic and global industry events and conferences, stay updated and analyze market trends & best practices, and utilize this knowledge to enhance our business offerings.
∎ Develop and manage sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Design and oversee all aspects of marketing and branding of the company.
