Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline from a national / Foreign University;
∎ Professional training in Design/Media/Event Mgt. will be an added advantage;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Brand Management Strategies:
∎ Develop brand strategy for communicating of guidelines, vision, mission and value propositions;
∎ Manage key suppliers/ agencies on day to day basis including web, PR, and design agencies;
∎ Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to develop the digital business
∎ Develop new relationships and partnerships with key influencers and partner organizations;
∎ Drive Brand Communication and Public Relations:
∎ Develop and execute all public relations communications for internal and external stakeholders and media actions on all channels, including offline, online and social media;
∎ Manage and develop the social media presence of the company in the line with the plan and organizational strategy;
∎ Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate to promote the organization and its brand;
∎ Corporate Identify Management:
∎ Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage category performance;
∎ Generate idea and given proposal for branding activities with tentative budget;
∎ Execute overall outdoor branding activities nationwide with proper monitoring;
∎ Build greater synergy between corporate event and communications;
∎ Oversee new and ongoing market and advertising activities;
∎ Product Marketing Management:
∎ Identify actionable insights with media performance, and marketing trends;
∎ Optimize range planning to meet customer and business demands as such as planning, concept alignment;
∎ Collaborate and develop creative assets, product information, buying presentation and buyers brief;
∎ Drive Creative Direction:
∎ Design campaigns for creative direction, and bridge aesthetic in accordance to brand governance;
∎ Drive creation of playbooks, guides and content development on platforms for internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Direct creative content, campaigns concept and copywriting;
∎ Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
∎ Analytical Skills:
∎ Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to offer creative solutions;
∎ Manage Budget, Strategize team’s development and any Ad-hoc project assigned
∎ Analyze to track emerging trends and opportunities for future development;
∎ Excellent presentation skill advance level of computer literacy especially in MS Office.
∎ Expertise on photographic skill and a good hand in Graphic Design
∎ Requirements:
∎ Marketing, Mass Communication degree or equivalent is a plus
∎ Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Organized in campaign management and detail oriented
∎ Passionate in events planning
∎ Knowledge in social media marketing and CRM is a bonus
∎ Experience with complex data environments, analytics platforms
∎ Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years of experience in relevant field out of 2-3 years in leading the similar position.
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels;
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise;
∎ Excellent leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials and Management;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies;
∎ Well conversant in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce);
∎ Willing to frequent visit all over the country as and when required for business needs;
