Educational Requirements:
∎ Incumbent should be FCA and capable of handling independently Accounts, VAT, Income Tax/ Insurance & other taxation matters at Head Office for a big industrial and manufacturing concern.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership, direction and management of Finance, Accounts, Commercial & Audit team;
∎ Supervise and ensure of preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements;
∎ Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation;
∎ Handle all Banking & Insurance activities including monitoring of Foreign Remittances;
∎ Handle VAT, Income Tax, Tax Holiday, Costing & Board of Investment (BOI) issues;
∎ Keep liaison with banks, insurances and other financial institutions regarding financial issues of the group/ company;
∎ Manage and coordinate with junior colleagues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in handling Company Account and Taxation matters;
∎ Minimum five (05) years of working experience in any large group/ manufacturing concern.
