Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implementing the systems, policy & procedures relating to Financial Management, Accounting, Budget & Planning and improving the quality of Operation
∎ Preparation and supervision of Periodical statement of affairs on time maintaining quality and standards and in compliance with all rules and regulations of Bangladesh as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)/International Accounting Standards (IASS)/BAS
∎ Handling the issues of External audit, Internal audit, and other investigations related to accounts, tax, VAT etc. of the institutions
∎ Handling the issues of External audit, Internal audit, and other investigations related to accounts, tax, VAT etc. of the institutions
∎ Tax Management- Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax and VAT in accordance with applicable laws prevailing in Bangladesh
∎ To calculate the approximate fund to be injected/needed along with a proper planning and time frame to reach a break-even situation from the present financial situation of the company
∎ Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning and reporting
∎ Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads and optimizing working capital
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts report and submit report to the management of Annual Business Plan and Reviews

∎ The candidate will be responsible to:
