Experience:

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching and administrative experience in a reputed school.
• Strong leadership, communication, and academic management skills.
• Ability to supervise teachers, maintains discipline, and ensures academic excellence.
• Knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and modern teaching methods.
• Proven experience in school administration, staff coordination, and student development.
• Ethical, responsible, and committed to the vision and values of the institution.

• Applicants with prior experience in Army-run educational institutions or Cadet Colleges—particularly retired personnel—will be given preference

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

• Supervise, guide, and support teachers to maintain effective classroom management and learning out comes.

• Ensure that underprivileged students receive extra academic and emotional support when needed.

• Implement child-friendly policies, safeguarding measures, and a safe learning environment for all students.

• Monitor academic performance, attendance, discipline, and overall student development.

• Coordinate with parents, community leaders, and trust representatives to strengthen school–community relations.

• Plan and execute school development activities, co-curricular programs, and outreach initiatives.

• Ensure transparent use of resources, ethical management, and compliance with school policies and donor guidelines.

• Lead annual planning, curriculum implementation, teacher training, and capacity-building programs.
