Responsibilities & Context:
Set the school’s strategical directions in teaching and leadership roles.
Set the vision and goals for the school.
Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
Establish and maintain school policies and procedures.
Develop, implement and monitor the strategic development plan and academic growth goals.
Build strong relationships with the management, teachers, other staffs, parents & the community.
Must be actively involved in lesson planning, preparing teaching materials & curriculum development.
To implement the daily programs as directed by the authority.
