Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set the school’s strategical directions in teaching and leadership roles.
∎ Set the vision and goals for the school.
∎ Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
∎ Establish and maintain school policies and procedures.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor the strategic development plan and academic growth goals.
∎ Build strong relationships with the management, teachers, other staffs, parents & the community.
∎ Must be actively involved in lesson planning, preparing teaching materials & curriculum development.
∎ To implement the daily programs as directed by the authority.
